"I love the online ordering system. Not sure what responses you have had from others or how much it is being utilized by others, but I am a firm supporter of the system. It makes ordering parts as soon as they are needed a lot easier. I would normally wait and delay ordering items to see if someone else needed something and track the orders together. This is still a good practice if I have time, but most of the time, I am told only after something runs out and immediate restocking is needed. This system works great for that. It allows me to place order while handling phone calls or other tasks."

"I have had much success with purchasing on the website and find it easy to navigate through. The favorites section makes reordering a simple process and I can easily see items I have previously ordered.
