Panel Ties

Standard Snap Ties and Heavy Duty Snap Ties (used where higher working loads are required) are manufactured with either hot or cold forged integral heads. Each snap tie is fabricated with flats or crimps to prevent the snap tie from turning in the concrete during breakback operations, and are available with fixed metal spreader washers. Flat Ties and Loop Ties are used to secure and space modular forms. Loop Ties are fabricated with 2-1/8” ends and 1” breakback. Flat Ties are available in 6” through 24” sizes (in 1/2” increments), and the wall thickness is stamped on each tie. Standard breakback is 1/4”. Other styles, such as additional slot holes and shorter ends are available. These ties are used in conjunction with the Wedge Bolt, a one-piece heavy duty anchor bolt is used to secure and space modular forms.
